Central Park Engagement Session | Julie & Adam

Julie & Adam chose the gorgeous Conservatory Garden for their Springtime Central Park Engagement Session. We met up at the end of a weekday in May. They actually came straight from work, just in time for the best light of the day. Amazing Spring flowers were blooming everywhere! The location is truly magnificent, with dozens of fantastics spots that are just perfect for a photograph. At one point, when we were all standing beneath a vine-covered iron trellis, a baby raccoon almost fell on my head! (sorry, no photo. We got out of the way so that Mama raccoon could come get her kiddo) Central Park Engagement Sessions can be tricky- the park can be crowded, especially at the more “popular” and photogenic spots. Choosing a weekday, we were able to avoid any kind of mob scene. The permit requirement for the Conservatory Garden also keeps the place from being overrun by photographers. We practically had the entire place to ourselves, which was fantastic.
